Tuesday, June 28th

1:32am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department an arrest of Kaitlin Lowmiller 30 of Jefferson and Travis Smith 31 of Churdan for violation of a no contact order.

3:54am: Travis Smith 31 of Churdan was booked into the jail for a violation of a no contact order.

4:26am: Kaitlin Lowmiller 30 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a no contact order violation.

7:00am: Edwin Wade 33 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for domestic abuse assault 1st offense.

9:39am: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on Neola Avenue near 300th Street.

10:46am: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 700 block of East Railroad Street, Grand Junction.

3:15pm: A deputy arrested Kyle Rysavy 23 of Jefferson for criminal mischief 5th degree in the 1000 block of East Lincoln Way.

3:50pm: Kyle Rysavy 23 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for criminal mischief 5th degree.

7:32pm: A deputy attempted to locate a dog running at large on South 9th Street, Scranton.

7:57pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 600 block of West Main Street, Scranton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
