adm-7

Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers baseball was back on the diamond on Thursday night after an impressive win over Winterset on Wednesday, but they were unable to grab another win as they fell by the score of 9-8. ADM moves to 17-8 and Carlisle to 17-12.

The Tigers were able to get a special night out of catcher Christian Madison, as he goes 4-4, hitting two home runs, and collecting six RBIs in one of the best individual performances the Tigers have seen all season.

Sadly, ADM couldn’t slow down the Carlisle, as an ADM 3-1 lead after two innings disappeared with the Wildcats tallying three runs in the 3rd and four runs in the 4th. ADM was able to put up four runs in the sixth inning, but couldn’t complete a solid attempt for a comeback.

For Tiger baseball, they return to the diamond tonight at home, as they will take on the Gilbert Tigers in their final Raccoon River Conference regular season game. First pitch will be at Tiger Stadium at 7:30 in Adel.
