Patrick Nolte, Adair, was driving west on I80 at the 111 milemarker, when he blew a tire and was forced into the median of the interstate.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2000.

July 4

Aspen Castell, Ogden, was traveling in the 13000 block of Hwy 169, when she slowed for traffic turning in front of her.  Her vehicle was struck from the rear by a vehicle driven by Marchelle Schleif, Boxholm.  No injuries were reported.  Damage to Ms Castell’s vehicle was estimated at $3500.  Damage to Ms. Schleif’s vehicle was estimated at $2000.

July 7

Danielle Looney, age 35, 3807 Bennett Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Forgery.

Christopher Small, age 21, 9449 Red Sunset Dr, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Mariyah Perry, age 19, 1148 62nd St, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Violation Of Probation.

James Faussett, age 25, 441 S Maple Street, Mesa, Az, was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was also cited for speeding.
