Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers baseball will be looking to find a way to make it to the substate final in Class 3A substate 2 against the Winterset Huskies tonight. ADM is 19-8 and Winterset is 14-14 on the season.

The Tigers are coming off of a 3-0 victory over Algona on Friday night in their first round game, while Winterset was able to pick up a 5-2 victory in a good win at Dallas Center – Grimes.

ADM and Winterset have played twice all ready this year, and the Tigers were able to win both of the matchups 5-3 and 14-4, with the Tigers finding a pair of their best performances of the season.

For the Tigers, they will have to play another really clean game, trust their pitching depth and look for timely hitting as well.

The winner of this game will take on the winner of Webster City vs. Gilbert on Wednesday.
