
The Jefferson City Council will meet tomorrow night.
The Council will consider for approval two resolutions to award bids for a water main improvement project on Russell Street and improving the entryway into City Hall. They will also consider approving the duplicate of benefits certification program for the Community Development Block Grant for Pub Adventures LLC on 123 North Chestnut Street, along with the subrogation of assignment agreement for the grant program and the first pay estimate for the upper story apartments.
Additionally, the Council will consider approving the financial services agreement with Piper Sandler and Company for the upgrades to the wastewater treatment plant, a resolution to purchase property on East Perry Street, a resolution for bad debt write-offs from 2006-07 utilities, the transferring of funds and closing some accounts for the 2022 fiscal year and a facade rehabilitation grant for $23,989 for Breadeaux Pizza. The Council will also consider approving the second reading to amend ordinances for provisions pertaining to impoundment and microchipping of dogs, along with provisions pertaining to the fire department service fees.
