A fun event will be taking place next week at the Adel Public Library that will teach participants about the earth. 

The Lorax with the Brenton Arboretum event will take place from 2-3 p.m. Wednesday, July 20th at the library and is designed for children in grades kindergarten through fifth grade. Patron Services Manager Amy Puck talks about the program. 

“There is no registration necessary for this and it will be a great activity that’ll teach all of us kids and adults about trees and how they help us and keep the earth beautiful.”
