The Stuart City Council will do an employee performance review with the city administrator with a possible closed session at their regular meeting Monday. 

The Council will consider for approval a proposal to enter into a general obligation fire truck acquisition loan agreement.

They will also consider for approval a renewal of a development agreement from the All Saints Center, request to close Northeast 2nd Street on September 8th, road use report, 2022 Street Improvement Project, authorizing issuance for $245,000 taxable general obligation, two ordinance amendments  and the renewal plan amendment with Iowa Collision and SLK Holdings. 

The Council will discuss the Stuart Best of the Block BBQ Committee, emergency medical services and a nuisance violation for 419 Sherman Street. Finally the Council will set public hearings for rezoning a property and the financing for a new fire truck.
