A local public library in Guthrie County is throwing a birthday party for 80 years of existence. 

The Casey Public Library is turning 80 years old on September 18th. The library will have many activities including a silent auction, a drawing to win a blu-ray player and there will be cake and goodies. The library also is encouraging the public to check out books, movies, audio books and much more. This event is free at the Casey Public Library from 2 to 4pm.
