Services for Mark Minnihan, age 61, of Ames, will be held Monday, September 19, 2022 in Ames. The family will greet friends beginning at 9:30am Monday at St. Cecilia Catholic Church, 2900 Hoover Avenue, Ames, IA, with the Mass of the Resurrection at 10:30am Monday.

Private family interment will take place at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Jefferson, Iowa.

Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home, Jefferson is assisting the family.

Mark is survived by his wife, Ellen and their children, Austin and Katie, all of Ames; father, Mike Minnihan of Jefferson; sister, Michelle Mehl, her husband, Jon, and their children, Monica and Krista of Story City; brother-in-law, Jon Morlan, and his wife, Rhonda, and son, Colton; and brother-in-law, Dan Morlan, and his wife, Sarah, and sons, Landon and Gavin.
