The Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center represented well at the state cross country meet in Fort Dodge Friday.

The Chargers boys cross country qualified and finished in second place with 126 points. Just coming up shy of Regina Iowa City of becoming repeat state champions. Leading the Chargers was Justin Reinhart as he finished the race in 12th place along with Andrew Mahaffey placing 21st, Noah Kading in 59th and Tyconder Ellis placed 67th.

For the Lady Chargers the lone qualifier was Ava Campbell and she finished the race in 12th place with a time of 19 minutes and 44 seconds.
