The public is invited to the next Community Conversations event in Jefferson.

UnityPoint at Home is sponsoring this month’s informal discussion about hospice services. Several speakers will be on hand, including the Hospice Medical Director Dr. Rebecca Lachenmaier, Hospice Director Monica Frentress, Clinical Supervisor Sarah Borgeson, social worker Leslie Schulte, along with a chaplain Dave Swinton, and nurses with Moly Ritter, Kim Tasler, Nikki Colby and Lindsay Fluharty. 

The program will begin around 5:30pm on Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Jefferson, with refreshments and fellowship to start at 5pm.
