The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers were able to pickup a solid 56-0 victory over the Grinnell Tigers on Friday night in Class 3A playoff action, as they were able to pick up their first postseason victory in eleven years.

Some of the stats that stood out for this game was that the Tigers were able to get their second shutout of the season, as they were able to record a season high in turnovers with four and tackles for loss at well with 15.5. Senior Vince Benetti was able to put up one of the best performances of his career, as he tallied 3 and a half sacks in the game.

Offensively, ADM was able to put up 254 team rushing yards with both Aiden Flora and Brevin Doll running for over 100 yards a piece along with Flora grabbing four total touchdowns and Doll a rushing TD. ADM was able to pick up over 250 team rushing yards for the 9th time in 10 games this year, with the Tigers winning all nine of those games.

The Tigers are now gearing up for a week three rematch on Friday against the North Polk Comets, with the winner of the game to go to the state semifinals.
