Nov. 4th

Benjiman Searl, age 39, 410 W. Market St, Panora, was arrested for Driving While Barred.

Cadence Heilman, Adel, was driving on Old Hwy 6 when a yellow cargo van pulled out in front of her from 1st Street.  Ms. Heilman tried to avoid a collision, but was unable to do so.  The yellow van did not stop and left the scene.  Ms. Heilman did not report any injuries and damage was estimated at $1000.  The investigation continues.

Jessica Reynolds, Adel, was driving on Hwy 169 and slowed to turn onto 302nd Place, when her car was struck from behind by Misty Zahrt, Adel.  Ms. Zahrt slowed for the vehicle in front of her that was turning when she was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Spencer George, West Des Moines.  The chain reaction accident resulted in no reported injuries.  Ms. Reynolds vehicle had an estimated $500.  Ms. Zahrt’s vehicle had an estimated $1000 damage and Mr. George’s vehicle had an estimated $5000.  Mr. George was issued a citation for Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance.

Kyle Seuss, Dexter, was driving in the 13000 block of 310th Street near Redfield, when he struck a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $3000. The vehicle was able to be driven from the scene.

Madison Olson, Adel, was driving in the 1500 block of Old Hwy 6 when she struck a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $4500.

Andrew Grenko, age 51, 935 Sherrylyn Blvd, Pleasant Hill, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Nov. 5 

Akinola Odunski, age 40, 12524 Maine St, Detroit, MI, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence and Possession Of Controlled Substance.

Wyatt Setterburg, age 33, 32621 Panther Creek Rd, Adel, was arrested for Public Intoxication.

Arlyn Goraczkowski, Fort Dodge, was driving in the 13000 block of N Ave when he struck a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5000.

David Floden, age 46, 140 SE Baytree Dr, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Contempt Of Court.

Veronica Cake, age 48, 45 River Vista Dr, Adel, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Nov. 6

Todd Sharp, age 39, 11469 NW 116th Ct, Granger, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

Carlos Bee, age 29, 1213 Taylor St, Redfield, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  He was also cited for Driving In Improper Lane.

Matthew Merical, Adel, was turning left from Hwy 169 onto 360th St, when his vehicle was struck by Karen Smith, West Des Moines.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated to Mr. Merical’s vehicle at $1000.  Damage to Ms. Smith’s vehicle was estimated at $150.

Jesmar Martinez, age 21, 747 3rd St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Operating While Under The Influence.

Nov. 7

Megan Spicer, age 36, 2320 Heatherwood Dr, West Des Moines, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

Jeffrey Robbins, age 60, 1800 Grand Ave, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspened, Cancelled Or Revoked.
