The Fire Department in Bagley is getting ready for its yearly Christmas event.

Firefighter Daniel Irving says that the department will have hayrack rides, hot chocolate and apple cider available for the free event. Irving mentions that they’ll even have a special guest in the firehouse.

“We’re going to have Santa Claus come to town on the third of December. Something the fire department’s done for years. It’s a good community event. Gets kids up there and, you know, people who might not know us. Get them up there, let them meet the fire department, see what equipment we have. And on top of that, it’s mostly geared, obviously, towards the kids to see Santa, let him know what they want for Christmas.”

The Bagley Fire Department Christmas Event will be December 3rd, and will start at 5pm.
