1:04pm: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on 237th Street and Kirkwood Avenue.

2:15pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 400 block of 100th Street.

3:03pm: A deputy investigated a hunting complaint on the bike trail near Cooper.

3:07pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 1100 block of Eaton Avenue.

4:51pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of a person acting as an officer trying to pull over someone on U Avenue near 220th Street.

5:56pm: The Sheriff and a deputy investigated a single vehicle accident on 220th Street near Orchard Avenue. Christopher Brown 38 of Nebraska struck the bridge and guard rail on 220th Street. The 2019 International box truck had an estimated 15,000 dollars damage. The estimated damage to the bridge guard rail is 1,000 dollars. The driver was cited for failure to maintain control and failure to have a valid CDL license.

Thursday, November 24th

11:27am: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 1600 block of Newberry Avenue.

3:49pm: The Sheriff and a deputy assisted with a medical call in the 700 block of Rushview Drive, Jefferson.

7:40pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near N Avenue.

9:55pm: John Hironymous 66 of North Dakota was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine 1st offense.

Friday, November 25th

9:20am: Brandon Ferguson 24 of Jefferson was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

10:21am: A deputy investigated a complaint of manure on the roadway near 305th and Neola Avenue.

9:21pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street near R Avenue. Jeffrey Miller 58 of Roland struck a deer with a 2021 Subaru Outback causing an estimated 3,000 dollars damage.

9:53pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 800 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

Saturday, November 26th

1:24am: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on N Avenue near 210th Street. Bruce King 61 of Dayton and Shelly Brundage 51 of Lehigh were found in possession of suspected marijuana, methamphetamines, and drug paraphernalia. Charges are pending lab results.

3:29pm: A deputy investigated a dog running at large complaint in the 200 block of South 6 =th Street, Grand Junction.

Sunday, November 27th

6:20pm: A deputy investigated a child custody complaint in the 1100 block of Eaton Avenue.

6:28pm: Ever Bailon 34 of Denison was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

7:00pm: Michael Molle 60 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
