The Adel City Council met on Tuesday. 

The Council started the meeting by tabling the RCM Campground Improvements, which would require the installation of sewer lines to 12 campsites to offer full hook up service, due to wanting to further consider the site plan. They tabled the 2022-23 goal setting session items which looks at capital projects, initiatives, future planning suggestions from department heads and elected officials to have more time to address the items. The Council also tabled the closed session for a city administrator review due to the mayor not in attendance. 

The Council approved two resolutions regarding final plats at Eagle Vista and Southbridge pending a completion on payment and punch list items, along with a  walkthrough. Finally, they approved amending provisions pertaining to the alcoholic beverages control to align with state law.
