The Panorama Panther basketball teams will have a big rivalry match-up in the West Central Activities Conference. It’ll be a road game against AC/GC.

The girls game will have a big impact on the WCAC standings. Coming into tonight’s game the Panthers hold the #1 spot at 6-0. The Chargers are in third place with a 4-2 record. This could be a miss match offensively for these two. Panorama comes into the contest with averaging 56.5 points per game, while AC/GC is only averaging 41.2. However, AC/GC has been winning games with a stingy defense. Allowing only 39.3 points per game. The Panthers also have a very stout defense only allowing 27.7 points a game. It could be a tough old school defensive battle.

The boys are also going to have a game with big WCAC implications. The Panthers are currently 3-3 and hold the sixth place spot. While AC/GC is 4-1 and is currently third. This game could turn into a shootout. Both teams have had a lot of success offensively both averaging over 60 points a game. Conversely they’ve also struggled defensively. Panorama defense has allowed 60.7 points per game. The Chargers average 54.2. This game could be the complete opposite of the girls.

The action tips off with the girls at 6pm. The boys will follow at roughly 7:30.
