Last week, West Central Valley announced that Senior Kaedon Lindsay had committed to Briar Cliff to continue his academic and baseball careers.

Last season, Lindsay started and played in all 29 games, going to the plate 91 times, getting 31 runs and 40 hits. He hit 31 singles, 8 doubles, and 1 triple, recording 24 RBI’s. Lindsay was walked 15 times, hit by 4 pitches, reached on error 6 times, was struck out 13 times, and recorded a batting average of .440, an on base percentage of .536, and a slugging percentage of .549.

He was successful 10 of 12 times when stealing bases, had 18 assists, 108 put outs, and a fielding percentage of .955. Lindsay pitched 42 innings, threw 790 pitches against 198 opposing batters, only gave opponents a batting average of .237, and struck out 65 batters for an ERA of 4.50.
