The West Central Valley School District is getting ready for the second semester.

Superintendent Rusty Shockley says that the biggest thing the district will have to work on after winter break is the facilities assessment presented by the Baker Group at the school board’s November meeting.

“Sometime during the second semester, we should see the results of the facility assessment that we’re working through and where we’re at, what our needs are for facilities.”

Shockley adds that once the final assessment is submitted, the School Board will be able to decide what direction they would like to go.
