A company recently made a donation to a worthy Greene County cause.

Last year, Bomgaards in Jefferson held its annual Ladies’ Night fundraiser, where five-percent of the proceeds from the event on October 23rd would go to a local hospital, ladies’ organization or cancer center toward the benefit of patients, along with bringing awareness to women’s health issues. The company gave $390.39 to the Greene County Medical Center.

The funds will be used for ongoing efforts by the medical center to raise awareness and support of cancer patients with the purchase of equipment and other oncology-related needs.
