The Delta Dental of Iowa Foundation is accepting 2023 funding requests now for oral and overall health projects.
The Foundation is a major funder of these health projects in Iowa, and typically invests more than three million dollars annually into Iowa nonprofits. Since the new year has started, the Foundation will have some virtual sessions this month to outline grant programs and guidelines and answer questions.
Funding from the Foundation will go through three focus areas; education and advocacy, access and prevention, and policy and research. Programs and projects that the Foundation considers will have to align with one of the three categories of oral health, overall health, or a combination of the two. Since 2002 Delta Dental has invested more than $56 million to improve the health of Iowans. For more information about grant programs, view the link below.
