The Panorama Panther girls basketball looks to stay on a roll this season. Coming into tonight’s game they are 17-1 overall and 12-0 in conference play.
Tonight they’ll up against another WCAC foe, Woodward-Granger. Traditionally the Panthers have had their way with the Hawks. Including a 53-37 win in December. The last time the Hawks beat the Panthers was in 2019. Despite the records, this could be an opportunity for Woodward-Granger to spoil a perfect season in conference.
Woodward-Granger will have to get more production offensively, they average 42.1 points per game. They’ll be against Panorama’s stout defense that only allows 34.3 points per game. The Panthers are also coming together offensively. Led by juniors Tyme Boettcher and Jaidyn Sellers, the Panther offense is averaging 56.5 points a game.
It should be an emotional night as it will be Senior Night in Panora. The Panthers will look to pick up their 11th straight win and stay undefeated in the WCAC. Tip off is set for 6pm.
