
Dallas Center-Grimes boys basketball struggled in their last two games before coming into a road conference game against Pella Christian on Tuesday.
The Mustangs got off to an incredible start to the basketball game with a 17 to 3 run in the first five minutes. Pella Christian would fight back in the second quarter but still trail 30 to 15. To start the third period the Mustangs would go on a 17 to 7 run and cruise to a victory over the Eagles that sit in front of them in the league standings. Jonathan Howard was a sniper from distance knocking down five three pointers and total 19 points, Calix Cahill was relentless in the paint scoring 10 points along with the DCG bench scoring 18 points. They grab their 10th win.
