Today each of the high schools in Guthrie County are competing at the District Individual Contest for the Iowa High School Speech Association.

Between the three schools, a total of 23 students are at Dallas Center-Grimes High School to compete. Adair – Casey / Guthrie Center has 10 students that are competing in seven categories, while West Central Valley has four students competing in three events and Panorama has nine students performing in seven categories.
