ADM Tigers boys basketball had their season complete over a week ago, and showed a lot of competitive spirit throughout the season that led them to a 11-12 final record.
The boys state tournament is starting this week, and ADM saw three different teams on their schedule this year that are playing, with Bondurant-Farrar and North Polk competing in 3A, and Norwalk competing at the 4A level.
Norwalk will be competing against West Des Moines Valley in their first round game, Bondurant-Farrar will be facing Algona in that first matchup in 3A as the top seed, and North Polk will see Newton in their 4 vs. 5 matchup of the first round.
ADM played five games combined between this teams this year, going 0-5 but very competitive in most of their matchups. They lost by 10 or less points in four of those five matchups, which included three point losses to Norwalk on the road and North Polk at home.
The non-conference portion of the Tigers schedule along with the Raccoon River Conference schedule made it a very challenging task for the Tigers this year, and allowed them to play their best basketball at the end of the year.
Bondurant-Farrar and North Polk play on Tuesday, Norwalk will play on Wednesday.
