Now that the Wildcats are between seasons, we’ll take a look at statistics for this last season. We’ll follow one boy and one girl from the basketball teams, and talk about their stats for the season.

For the boys, junior Owen Weber started in all 23 of the team’s games, shooting 62 of 192 from the field for a field goal percentage of 32.3%, hit 30 of 92 shots from behind the arc for a three point percentage of 32.6% and an effective field goal percentage of 40.1%, and made 14 of 18 free throws for a free throw percentage of 77.8%. Weber also collected 9 offensive boards and 37 defensive for a total of 46 rebounds, 48 assists, 20 steals, 1 block, 84 turnovers, an assists to turnover ratio of .57, 57 fouls and 168 points.

For the girls, senior Kinsey Alt started and played in 18 games, shooting 26 of 76 for a field goal and effective field goal percentage of 34.2%, and made 12 of 27 free throws for a free throw percentage of 44.4%. Alt also tallied 40 offensive rebounds, 49 defensive and a total of 89 rebounds, along with 21 assists, 28 steals, 5 blocks, 47 turnovers, an assist to turnover ratio of .45, 36 fouls and 64 points.
