The Adel Parks and Recreation will encourage residents to have a winter fun contest that ends tonight.
They will have a “snowman contest,” which encourages those willing to participate to take their best picture with them and a snowman and send it in to the Adel Parks and Recreation. The contest will operate through email and the message must contain the photo with names, ages and the location of the photo. The photo must be sent by 11:59pm.
