Tuesday, March 7th

10:25am: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 300 block of North 5th Street, Grand Junction.

10:56am: A deputy investigated an illegal parking complaint in the 1700 block of C Avenue.

3:26pm: A deputy attempted to locate a dog running at large in the 800 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

4:52pm: A deputy assisted with trying to locate a possible suicidal subject in the 500 block of State Street, Scranton.

6:49pm: The Sheriff and deputies assisted the Boone County Sheriff’s with a complaint of a road rage incident with a firearm. The vehicle was stopped near 18th Street in Grand Junction on 220th Street. No weapon was found.

6:53pm: Shelby Brundage 51 of Lehigh was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance 2 counts and possession of drug paraphernalia.

7:21pm: The Sheriff investigated a single accident in the 1100 block of R Avenue. James Timmons 43 of Jefferson was driving South on R Avenue. Timmons was driving a 2001 Ford F250 pulling a livestock trailer. A deer ran out in front of the vehicle. Timmons lost control of the vehicle and entered the east ditch striking 3 trees. The truck was a total loss. The trailer had damage to a tail light. The estimated damage to the fence is 300 dollars. Timmons was transported to the Greene County Medical Center with minor injuries by private vehicle.

Wednesday, March 8th

2:19am: A deputy investigated an illegal dumping complaint on 290th Street near I Avenue.

7:52am: A deputy investigated a complaint of a dog running at large in the 200 block of Lawrence Street, Dana.

9:07am: A deputy assisted the City of Scranton with a court order in the 900 block of Eagle Street.

10:31am: The Sheriff, a deputy, Greene County Ambulance, and Grand Junction Rescue responded to a medical call in the 400 block of South 11th Street, Grand Junction.

Thursday, March 9th

3:31pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on N Avenue near 330th Street.

4:52pm: A deputy investigated a scam in the 900 block of J Avenue.

9:08pm: A deputy investigated a careless driver on U Avenue near Elizabeth Street, Grand Junction.

Friday, March 10th

1:11am: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 300 block of Irving Street, Scranton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
