The Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Office has partnered with three area libraries for a great event.

On March 15th the Extension Office will be at the Bayard Public Library for Read Across Iowa from 2:30-3:30pm, then at the Mary J Barnett Memorial Library on the 16th from 1-2pm to read the book “Anywhere Farm.”

Once the storytime is over, there will also be a Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) related craft that the children can partake in to promote literacy and agriculture. The Extension’s third event in the series will be on March 20th at the Panora Public Library from 4-5pm.
