The Perry School District will be getting an abundance of technology with the latest school board approval.

Superintendent Clark Wicks says that the Perry School Board approved the purchase of 300 student laptops with chrome licenses. Wicks says that this has been a need in the school district.

“Every student would have access to a computer, a laptop, computer, and and each year, then we need to replenish that because as we know, all computers have a certain work life in them. And so we need to replenish that.

The Perry School Board approved the amount not to exceed $105,000.
