1:47pm: Devin Villalobos 22 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for driving while revoked

2:24pm: A deputy arrested Alex Treft 31 of Grand Junction on Main Street in Grand Junction for driving while barred.

2:28pm: The Sheriff, deputies, were assisted by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office, and the Audubon County Sheriff’s Office to locate a runaway. The runaway was located in Adair.

2:43pm: A deputy investigated an assault that occurred in Grand Junction and Ogden.

3:27pm: Paton Fire Department and Churdan Fire Department responded to an outbuilding fire in the 1400 block of 110th Street.

4:10pm: Alex Treft 31 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for driving while barred.

6:29pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with locating kids that were knocking on doors and windows near Southwest Street and Madison Street.

9:58pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on Kendrick Street near Jefferson Street in Scranton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
