9:40am: Jacob Bolen reported Unwanted Contact from a subject in Louisiana. The officer provided suggestions to end the issue and is attempting to reach the other subject.

9:35am: Jerry Kelley reported missing items from his residence in the 800 Block of South Chestnut Street.

3:47pm: A Traffic Stop at Elm and Washington Streets resulted in Daniel Mutchler of DSM being cited for, “Driving While Suspended.”

5:44pm: Laurie Higgins advised of an injured cat in the 200 Block of West Adams Street.

10:47pm: An officer and a deputy arrested two subjects from 600 West Washington Street, who had outstanding JPD Arrest Warrants. Charles Edward Henderson, 30 and Samantha Monique Henderson, 30, both of Jefferson had warrants for, “Possession of Controlled Substance/marijuana – Aggravated and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Simple.”

********* An officer completed an investigation into a break in and theft from the Webb House, located at 307 South Wilson Ave. The officer has sent charges to Juvenile Court for a 12- and 13-year-old males for, “Burglary 3rd Degree – D Felony, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree – Serious, and Theft 4th Degree – Serious.”
