The Adel Public Library has opened registration for one of their popular events. 

The library will host their elementary kids nerf gun battle in the month of April but registration has begun. The event will be for those in second through fifth grade at 2pm on April 7th . Patron Services Manager Amy Puck says that they will switch back and forth each month with teenage nerf battle and the elementary age battle. 

“So we’ll switch that off so we don’t have a lot of craziness. It’s a fun program, but it is a packed program. So one month we’ll do the teens and the next month we’ll do the elementary age.” 

Parents or guardians can register their child by visiting and calling the Adel Public Library or using their website.
