Greene County ISU Extension is offering a class to help individuals who want to impress family and friends with a tasty treat.

The “No Bake Cheesecake” class will be held on Thursday, April 6th from 5:30-7pm at the Greene County Extension Office in Jefferson. Participants will learn how to make the dessert, with no baking required, right before the Easter holiday. Individuals wanting to take part in the class must bring their own hand mixer and a mixing bowl. 

The cost for the class is $30 and the registration deadline is by Wednesday. Contact the Extension Office at 515-386-2138 or stop by during normal business hours to sign up.
