He was also cited for Fail To Display Registrations Plate, Fraudulent Use Of Registration, Speeding, Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability and Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled or Revoked.

Jocelyn Kovaleski, Dallas Center, was traveling in the 600 block of Vine street in Dallas Center when she looked away from the road for an unknown reason. She reported hitting the curb and then a utility pole. The collision swung the back of her vehicle around and struck a parked vehicle. No injuries were reported and damage to Ms. Kovaleski’s vehicle was estimated at $12000. Her vehicle was towed from the scene. Damage to the parked vehicle was estimated at $1000. Damage to the Utility Pole was estimated at $1000. Ms. Kovaleski was cited for Failure To Maintain Control.
Jose Hernandez Martinez, age 21, 1206 SE Belmont Dr, Ankeny, was arrested for Operating while Under The Influence and Open Container. He was also cited for No Valid Driver’s License.
Andrea Smith, age 41, 3940 114th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.
