Friday, March 31st

1:00am: The Sheriff investigated a driving complaint on E Avenue near 250th Street.

9:42am: Samantha Henderson 30 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for 2 counts of violation of probation out of Guthrie County.

9:57am: The Greene County Sheriff’s Office and an Iowa State Trooper conducted a search warrant at 601 South 13th Street, Grand Junction. Suspected controlled substances and drug paraphernalia were seized. Charges are pending lab results.

3:11pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street near J Avenue.

10:22pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 2100 block of 170th Street.

11:29pm: A deputy assisted a motorist with a malfunctioning car alarm in the 100 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

Saturday, April 1st

1:55pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 200 block of south 9th Street, Grand Junction.

5:06pm: A deputy investigated a civil dispute in the 1100 block of Orchard Avenue.

Sunday, April 2nd

7:35am: A deputy investigated a suspicious activity complaint in the 800 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

11:35am: The Sheriff and a deputy investigated a fight at the Scranton Pond Park. Brandon Smith 46 of Des Moines and Jamie Theulen 26 of Scranton were both arrested for disorderly conduct.

12:55pm: Brandon Smith 46 of Des Moines was booked into the jail for disorderly conduct.

1:45pm: Jamie Theulen 26 of Scranton was booked into the jail for disorderly conduct.

6:20pm: The Sheriff, a deputy, Greene County Ambulance, Jefferson Fire, and the Jefferson Police Department responded to a medical call in the 1000 block of West Adams Street, Jefferson.

7:49pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint in the 800 block of 230th Street.

9:50pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 600 block of 4th Street, Rippey.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
