The ADM girls vsrsity golf team got their season underway on Monday April 3rd in Adel. The Tigers took on the 3A State runner up from last year, Gilbert. ADM Girls had a team score of 203, but it was no match for Gilbert, who had a score of 163 on the day. ADM team leaders on the day were Junior Cecelia Gardiner shot a 46, Tess Kenny shot 50, Senior Kendal Book shot a 52, and Junior Riley Keller shot a 55. Got to give these Tiger varsity girls credit playing on windy and cool day.

The ADM girls JV team a pretty good solid performance and got a nice victory over the Gilbert JV team. The ADM girls JV had a score of  226 over Gilbert’s team score of 245. ADM JV medalist Sophomore Annelise Kreifels shot a 52, Sophomore Hattie Lande shot a 54, Junior Aubrey Winter shot a 59, and Sophomore Sara Carolan  shot a 61 on the day for the ADM JV.

The next girls varsity golf meet will be Thursday April 6th in Panora as they take on Panorama. The meet gets underway at 4:00 PM.
