2:06am a deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 600 block of Adrian Street, Churdan.

2:30am: Larissa Hornsby 27 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for operating while under the influence 1st offense.

9:00am: Melissa Pederson 53 of Carroll was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

11:05am: The Sheriff and Deputies conducted a search warrant at a room at the Cobblestone Inn and on a vehicle that was stopped on N Avenue near 210th Street. Suspected controlled substances and drug paraphernalia were located. Troy Harbacheck 63 of Moorland was arrested for a controlled substance violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance 1st offense.

1:15pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of State Street, Scranton.

3:00pm: Troy Harbacheck 63 of Moorland was booked into the jail for a controlled substance violation, possession of a controlled substance 1st offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

3:00pm: A deputy investigated a scam in the 700 block of Walnut Street, Scranton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
