The AC/GC boys golf team competed in the West Central Valley 5X80 West Central Activities Conference meet on Monday, and grabbed a 2nd place finish out of the 4 teams competing, finishing with a count of 187 strokes. Junior Tegan Slaybaugh and senior Jaden Forsyth led the Chargers, keeping their stroke count to 44 a piece and tying for 3rd place. Junior Bo Arrasmith and senior Trever Derry also placed in the top ten, taking 7th and tying for 8th respectively.

The Chargers are returning to action tonight, as they travel to Van Meter for the Van Meter Early Bird meet. Conference teams also competing include the Van Meter Bulldogs, Ogden Bulldogs, Earlham Cardinals and Panorama Panthers.
