11:34am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 1000 block of C Avenue.

2:40pm: Geovanni Flood 25 of Carroll was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

3:34pm: A deputy investigated a burglary in the 100 block of Percival Street, Rippey.

4:45pm: A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint in the 200 block of South 19th Street, Grand Junction.

5:00pm: The Sheriff investigated a child custody issue in the 500 block of South 11th Street, Grand Junction.

5:07pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 700 block of Grant Street, Scranton.

7:21pm: A deputy and the DNR investigated dead geese that were found on 283rd Street and Redwood Avenue.

3:31am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 200 block of Adaza Street.

4:29am: A deputy investigated a suspicious person in the 500 block of North 16th, Grand Junction.

10:23am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on U Avenue near 330th Street.

10:27pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in the 600 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

10:30pm: Marley Chambers 37 of Granger was booked into the jail for perjury.

Sunday, April 9th

6:17am: A deputy investigated a possible stolen credit card in the 500 block of North 16th Street, Grand Junction.

11:42am: A deputy, Jefferson Fire Department, and Churdan Fire Department responded to a grass fire in the 800 block of I Avenue.

11:50am: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 1100 block of Orchard Avenue.

2:23pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on S Avenue and 170th Street.

2:40pm: Candice Ortiz 35 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for driving while barred.

4:20pm: Jay Wenger 34 of Scranton was booked into the jail for driving while barred.

6:13pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in the 600 block of Irving Street, Scranton.

7:15pm: A deputy investigated a littering complaint in the 2000 block of 305th Street.

8:54pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of kids walking in the roadway on 220th Street and R Avenue.

9:20pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 300 block of South 13th Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
