April 7:
Accident:Unit 1 silver 2013 Nissan registered to Ca Xiquin Velasquez De Baltazar, 1917 Evelyn, Perry driven by Juventino Baltazar. Unit 2 2021 black dool trailer registered to Central Iowa Trailer Sales, 2725 E Lincoln Way, Ames, legally parked. Unit 1 was backing out of the drive and backed into the parked trailer. No damage amounts listed at time of this report.
Arrest: Sheila Lee Smith, age 43, 2801 1st Ave, Perry was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for violation of probation on original charge theft 3rd, violation of a protective order and domestic abuse causing bodily injury.
Arrest: Peter Daniel Colon, age 29, 2021 4th St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.
Arrest: Josue Incocente Hernandez, age 21, 1026 3rd Ave S, Esterville, IA was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.
Arrest: Marcus Lee Negaard, age 29, 908 7th St., Sheldon, IA, was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.
April 8:
Arrest: Alberto Cruz Salinas, age 31, 2907 Warford, Perry was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.
Arrest: Kate Leslie Tremmel, age 36, 701 S 17th St, Fort Dodge, IA was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.
Officers received a report of harassment in the 2600 block of McKinley. The offending party was warned and advised to cease contact.
Officers responded to the 1800 block of 5th St on a report of a theft. Trailer and items on the trailer reported stolen. Estimated loss $1800.
Arrest: Ivan Davila Barrios, age 23, 2543 Riverwoods Ave, Des Moines was taken into custody and charged with Domestic abuse assault 1st offense and arrested on a Polk County warrant for two counts of failure to affix a drug tax stamp, two counts of a controlled substance violation and failure to appear for probation violation hearing.
April 9:
Cited: Tyler Allen White, 401 5th St, Perry was issued a municipal infraction for dog at large 3rd and subsequent offense.
April 10:
Arrest: Joseph Lee Kilmer, age 18, 1815 W 4th St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with domestic abuse assault display or use a weapon 1st offense.
