Starting at the end of the week, a fun, free attraction will be in Stuart.
Stuart Public Library Director Lisa Sherman says that the Iowa History 101 Mobile Museum will be in town to help teach community members about Iowa’s history. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio about what the Mobile Museum is.
“So this multimedia exhibit is a custom built Winnebago RV, and it hits the highways and backroads sharing the stories of Iowa’s past and showcase some of the artifacts from the museum’s collection.”
Sherman mentions that the museum will be in the Miller Plumbing and Heating parking lot across the street from Friday to May 2nd, with volunteers allowing interested individuals into the museum during library hours. The exhibit is from the Iowa History Museum, and is full of artifacts from Iowa’s history.
