Mass of Christian Burial for Virginia Ann Hagemann, age 87, of Carroll, will be celebrated at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at St. John
Paul II Parish – St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Carroll.  Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Carroll.
Visitation will be held at St. Lawrence Catholic Church from 5 – 7 P.M. on Friday evening where there
will be a Christian Wake Service held at 6:30 P.M. Additional visitation will be held at St. Lawrence
Church from 9:30 A.M. – 10:15 A.M. on Saturday prior to the Mass.
Memorials may be made to the Fr. Kuemper Society.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll and

Virginia is survived by her husband Hubert of rural Carroll; three daughters and their families: Dr.
Mary Wiedenhoeft (Glenn) of Ames, Dr. Julie Hagemann-Singh (Ajay) of Westmont, IL, and Dr. Lora
Hagemann of Hamilton, New Zealand; two grandchildren: Ben Wiedenhoeft (Sarah) and Rochelle
Wiedenhoeft; two great-grandchildren: Jackson and Ruby; two brothers: Richard Fiedler (Lenore) of
Scranton and Francis Fielder (Anita) of Colorado; a sister Loretta Nees (Duane) of Ohio; a sister-in-law
Lorraine Hoffman (Edward) of rural Glidden; and several nieces and nephews.
