The Dallas County Conservation Board has asked the public to join them on a spring nature stroll.
The event, “WildFlower Walk,” will be from 10 to 11am on Saturday at the Kuehn Conservation Area. Outreach Coordinator Sarah Gilchrist says that this event will be led by their naturalist Erica Bearica who will take attendees on a special walk to look at wild flowers.
“Our newest naturalist, Erica, and she’ll be taking everyone for a walk in the woods and educating them on some spring wildflowers that will be out at that time. And it’s really just a fun time to discover these little jewels that you may not even notice unless you know what to look for.”
This is a free event and registration will be encouraged in case the event gets canceled.
