The ADM varsity boys golf team traveled to Ames yesterday for 18 hole Raccoon River Conference varsity meet. There were nine total teams there. Here is how the ADM Boys finished on the day. Junior Easton Korell placed third with a score of 73, Sophomore Carter Madison placed 6th with a score of 73, junior Finn Garton placed 9th with a score of 74. Junior Grant Hickey placed 15th with a score of 76, junior Lincoln Banwart got a 20th place finish with a score of 77 and junior Grant Jansen placed 23rd with a score of 78 on the day.

The ADM boys did finish runner-up on the day with a total team score of 296 while first place Gilbert who got a low score of 294 on the day. The ADM finished 2nd out nine teams on the day. These following ADM Tiger boys are bringing home some awards. Junior Easton Korell, sophomore Carter Madison and junior Finn Garton made the all Raccoon River Conference team while teammates junior Grant Hickey and Grant Jansen were both Honorable Mentions. The next ADM varsity boys golf meet will be tomorrow for boys varsity sectionals at Majestic Hills Golf Course in Denison. That varsity sectional meet will get underway at 10:00 AM.
