The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session today.
The Board will consider a liquor license for The Little Country Store on the Hill, an inside plaque for the Law Enforcement Center, along with funding for outside signage. They will then discuss the June 6th meeting with the jail inspector, and consider action on a legal case with Jason Palmer, Lamson Dugan & Murray, LLP. Discussion on the case, Schoessler vs Jones, Irving, Reha, Arganbright, City of Stuart and Guthrie County, Iowa may head into closed session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(c).
