
Two Greenfield residents were arrested last week on multiple drug charges.
According to court documents, Greenfield Police Officers and Adair County Deputies executed a search warrant on April 12th at 504 NE Douglas Street in Greenfield. Law enforcement discovered hypodermic needles, hypodermic needle caps, baggies that field tested presumptive positive for marijuana, methamphetamine pipes that field tested presumptive positive for methamphetamines, marijuana pipes that smelled of marijuana, and 23 grams of methamphetamine which field tested presumptive positive for methamphetamine.
The officers also discovered a prescription bottle that contained 29 pills of Prazosin Hydrochloride, 29 pills of Fluoxetine Hydrochloride and 17 pills of Olanzapine. All of the narcotics and drug paraphernalia was found in a basement residence of 33-year old Chevy Sauer. The prescription drugs were also not in Sauer’s name.
Sauer and 33-year old Tlee Jones were both arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense, a Class D Felony; and serious misdemeanors for possession of a controlled substance marijuana 1st offense, and three counts of prescription drug violations. They were booked into the Adair County Jail last week.
