Brody Morrison, Earlham, was driving in the 32000 block of N Ave when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $3500.

Kevin Cooper, age 41, 590 NE Wolfson Ln, Waukee, was arrested for Violation Of No Contact order.

Jose Rodriguez, age 34, 2617 Warford St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Jereme Messner, age 37, 1911 5th St, Perry, was arrested for Failure To Appear in a Civil Case.
