
Registration is currently underway for the upcoming ETS Performance Academy at Perry High School beginning June 5th. ETS is a physical and psychological training system that is open to Perry students in grades 3rd through 11th at Perry High School. The training will take place at the Perry High School Multi Purpose Room. The purpose of this training system is to provide an opportunity and positive experience for all levels of student athletes which includes all sports, dance, cheerleading and marching band. The ETS mission is to provide unmatched speed, power, acceleration, energy system development, movement and performance mastery training.
ETS has over 25 performance centers in the Midwest and ETS Ankeny will be working exclusively with Perry.
There will be five or six sessions of training starting June 5th and the program will run for nine weeks. Students will report for training every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday during the nine week stretch. There will be separate sessions for high school boys, high school girls, middle school students and younger youth (3rd through 5th grade).
