
The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet Tuesday.
The Board will consider for approval awarding bids for structural concrete, aggregate piers, and site utilities for the administration building project. They will also consider for approval bid pre-qualifications for roofing, building automated systems, site concrete, masonry, and a third party testing for construction phase for the same project.
Additionally, the Board will consider for approval seven drainage assessments, a resolution for mobile tax abatements, an emergency medical services American Rescue Plan Act funding request update, a resolution for Osmundson Manufacturing Iowa Economic Development Authority High-Quality Jobs Program, and a payroll change notice for the Human Resources Department. They will also hear an update on the county employee handbook and a pay plan policy update. The Board will also set a public hearing for a second budget amendment to the current fiscal year, as well as hold two public hearings for the Raccoon River Valley Trail at 9:45am and 10am for two easements in Waukee for temporary construction. Finally, the Board will hold a workshop for the Heart of Iowa Region and other board assignments.
The meeting will begin at 9am in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room in Adel.
